A traditional ceremony welcoming our new first graders was held in the House of Culture in Donji Tavankut on September 1st. The ceremony was prepared by our second, third and fourth-grade students. The first graders were greeted with singing, dancing and poetry reading. The event was attended by parents of the first graders, teachers and Marijan Vukov - the parish priest.
The school principal, Stanislava Stantić Prćić, welcomed the first graders and their parents into our big school family and emphasized that teamwork comes first. You look at the picture gallery.
